INDICATIONS

MOA
  • pasrot-M Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Drotaverine and Mefenamic Acid, which relieves abdominal pain and cramps.
  • Pain and spasms are experienced due to the production of an inflammatory mediator called prostaglandin and due to reduced calcium levels.
  • Drotaverine works by inhibiting an enzyme that reduces calcium uptake by the cells, thereby correcting the calcium levels in the body it reduces the spasms in the smooth muscles.
  • Mefenamic acid acts by inhibiting the synthesis of prostaglandins which is responsible for pain.

DOSAGE
  • 1 Tablet, Thrice daily or as directed.

MOA

MOA
  • Pantoprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that suppresses the final step in gastric acid production by forming a covalent bond to two sites of the (H+, K+ )- ATPase enzyme system at the secretory surface of the gastric parietal cell.

DOSAGE
  • Swallow pantoprazole tablets whole with a drink of water, do not chew.
  • Take each dose an hour before a meal. Take pantoprazole at around the same time every day.
